Spectrum Business call forwarding allows you to redirect calls using feature access codes on your phone (e.g., *72 to activate, *73 to deactivate) or through the Voice Manager portal. Key options include forwarding all calls, only when busy, or when there is no answer.
To activate call forwarding on a Windstream business phone, lift the handset, dial 72# (or *72 in some areas), enter the 10-digit forwarding number, and wait for confirmation tones. To deactivate, dial 73# (or *73) and listen for the confirmation tone. These features allow you to redirect calls to a mobile or another line.
For DFT Communications business, activate call forwarding by dialing *72, then entering the 10-digit number to receive calls, followed by the # key (or simply waiting for confirmation). To deactivate, dial *73.
